1. Agreement to Terms

2. Eligibility & Account Creation

To access certain features of the Services (such as uploading recipes, cookbooks, and voting), you must register for an account using a valid email. You agree to maintain the security of your account and take responsibility for all activities that occur under your credentials.

3. User Generated Content

Our Services allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are entirely responsible for the recipes, ingredient listings, cooking steps, descriptions, and comments you publish.

• You retain your ownership rights in any User Content you post. However, by posting, you grant Choppin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute such content.
• You agree not to publish any content that violates intellectual property laws, is defamatory, contains profanity or malicious code, or violates our community standards.

4. Code of Conduct

You agree not to abuse the voting features, spam comments, scrape content, or attempt to hack, disable, or exploit the databases. We reserve the right to delete recipes, comments, cookbooks, or disable user profiles that violate these terms or compromise platform security.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Choppin makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any recipes, guidelines, prep/cook times, or cookbook collections published by users.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the last revision at the top of the document. Continuing to use the platform after revisions constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
